RETURNS

Our returns policy is as follows. All products sold by Ripple Dance carry a 30 day return policy and should your order not be suitable you can return for full refund within a 30 day period from date of purchase. The same rule will apply to defective goods. Refund will only be issued to the original form of payment. Exceptions  to returns policy. Tights and underwear may not be returned if opened due to health and safety reasons. No refund will be made if product is showing sign of wear or is not in as new condition, When trying on footwear please use carpet for fitting purposes so as not to mark soles or taps.   

HOW TO RETURN. Instore to  Collier row branch along with the packing slip received  with your order. By post to Ripple Dance Shop     2 Victoria Avenue Romford RM5 2QD   (a your own cost). Refunds will be issued by the same method  as payment within 7 days
