We understand that if this item should not be suitable you may need to return for refund. We request that when removing item from packaging you should not damage it. If trying on garments do not remove labels unless you are satified with product, footwear should be tried on on carpet so as not to mark soles. These conditions apply before refund is issued. Thank you for your co-operation.
